Show Notes
EPISODE:
Today, our admin team sit down together (Eryn, Donna, & Nyomi) to introduce Nyomi to our listeners. This is her first podcast contribution, to discuss the buying process and contracts when choosing to invest in a property through us. Nyomi is our "go-to-girl" for all things contracts in the office. When buying from us, Nyomi will be in contact in the initial EOI stages all the way through to settlement and commencement of build.
We hope that this episode gives a clearer picture to potential buyers, and past buyers, and a better understanding of what is involved in the preparation process as one begins the journey of building a new SDA dwelling in the NDIS market.
