Show Notes
In this episode, Minh & Debbie have a conversation around an alternative 'NDIS Housing' investment option, Accessible Co-Living Homes, suitable to be rented by SIL Providers.
With the rapidly changing SDA investment market and many investors being priced out of the market, we see this as an alternative for investors still wishing to get into the NDIS property space with an ethical investment.
Whilst the income on these types of investments will not match the potential of SDA homes, this investment would offer a far less risky investment as these packages, would be priced similarly to regular house & land packages, be easier to finance and likely be offered with a Head Lease from a SIL Provider.
Listen on to understand more about this investment offering that we expect to have available for investors within the coming weeks.
