In this episode, Matt and Minh sit down to talk about one of Matt's recent prospective clients who was in such a rush to buying an SDA, madly trying to buy something before the end of financial year (btw we only in Feb, at time of recording) that he didnt even want to worry about doing his Due Diligence, and was only driven by yield. This episode is all about the bold statement ... "TAKE YOUR TIME!" While its great to try and jump into SDA, we have too often seen such silly mistakes taken by investors, by rushing in head first, and not taking into considerations the potential financial mess they will cause themselves. In contrast, Matt also speaks about the opposite extreme, of going very very slowly and being unable to make a decision, and how this also affects the buyer experience due to lack of confidence, or some other issue. This podcast is only about going at a steady pace in order to acquire the investment you are seeking, as you only get one chance to make it right. Once you execute, there is no going back, and you better hope that the decision you made was appropriate at the time.
