In this episode, Debbie & Minh bring back onto the show Josh from our office, and also introduce a newcomer to the team, Rohan Birmingham. Rohan is from Bowral, NSW, and is up for 10 days to meet the entire team and see how our office works in person. We are so excited to bring on an experienced property advisor, who is hungry to jump into the SDA property space.

Today, we talk about the trip last week where all 4 of us met up in Sydney  for the NDISDA  seminar event on SDA, hosted by Lynn Gabriel. There were 6 guest speakers who spoke all about 'SDA technical nerdy stuff' to the group of 40 or so attendees, which was then followed up by a SDA networking event aswell.

- Valuations
- Insurance for SDA Property Owners
- Challenges re finding SDA tenants and filling vacancies
- Participants' rights and separation of Housing and Care
- National Construction Code: impacts on SDA Housing given the changes
- Issues surrounding current SDA Design Standards
