In this episode, part 1 of a 2-part series, Minh and Larissa discuss our new brand, SDA Advisory Services.
They discuss why we created this service, primarily for industry professionals reaching out to us asking questions such as
- our opinion on a particular project or package
- how to maximise yields
- which dwelling and category types should be considered
among other queries.
Essentially, we have more and more stakeholders coming to us seeking advice and info.
So, we created this fee-for-service model, offering the industry an alternative option to access knowledge, and data that NDIS Property Australia has developed over the last 4 years of learning, researching and understanding the SDA investment space.
A lot of investors, agents, builders and developers don't want to be sold anything but do want to be able to access data, support and information regarding the development of SDA.
Larissa talks about the feedback she's received over the past several weeks when discussing our service offering under the SAS banner, what we do and what we don't do and Minh covers the topics needed to be understood by those wishing to get into the SDA development space.
