Tania Gomez from Tania Gomez Consulting joins Minh to discuss the auditing process and things you should consider before wanting to become a "Provider".  Tania is rockstar in the NDIS industry, known throughout the NDIS industry as the founder of "Provider Plus". Her former business, in which she has sold and moved on from, has seen her audit several thousand businesses as a provider in this sector over the last few years. As an NDIS Commission Certified Auditor since 2019, Tania brings a wealth of experience to her consulting work. She has completed extensive training, including a Diploma of Quality Auditing, and has audited many NDIS modules for multiple Approved Quality Auditing bodies.

In this show, she explains to our listeners about the differences between becoming a "Registered Provider" and how this is different from businesses starting out as, or remaining as, an "Unregistered Provider". Tania explains how her team possesses extensive knowledge and experience in various areas such as NDIS quality and compliance, training, capacity building, business consulting, and process enhancement. They diligently perform an in-depth internal assessment and offer a diverse array of strategic suggestions, along with personalised consultations tailored to meet the specific requirements of every client.
