Show Notes

EPISODE:
Minh and Debbie sit down to discuss what an investor should be mindful of when purchasing an SDA property from a real estate agent. They bring up some red flags to look out for, especially when dealing with an agent who may not be particularly experienced in SDA.

We highly recommend any investors listening to this episode be extremely careful when it comes to their investment decisions. Don't make any mistakes with an inexperienced real estate agent who is trying to sell an SDA property. Ask plenty of questions, do your homework, get a second opinion, and look into the profile of the real estate agent you're talking to; only speak to specialists who work in SDA, not the part-time agent who is dabbling into SDA for the first time.
