Show Notes

EPISODE:
In this episode, we have a special guest speaker, Greg Huxley, founder of the Sunrise Foundation and Minh from our office talking about how their organisation can assist with SMSF lending through One Part Contracts. This is a follow-up to our earlier episode – Episode 5 – on SMSF and SDA properties. As this is a hot topic and strategy by many new clients enquiring with us, we had promised to do a follow-up podcast episode to our listeners on how to navigate through the complex path of SMSF lending for NDIS house and land packages.

Greg and Minh also discuss the recently proposed Federal Budget which is a great step forward for the NDIS as the budget has assigned  $157 Billion. This works out to be almost $40 Billion in NDIS funding annually for the next four years.
