EPISODE:
In today's episode, Joel Davie from Archewell (based in Sydney) joins us to discuss SDA development projects available for the savvy investors to consider, particularly those in regional NSW.  Joel also discusses Archewell's recent expansion into Victoria and Queensland and what may be in store in 2022. He discusses how the business, as a 'Design & Construct' company differs from the traditional builders in the residential sector.

Archewell is a family-owned and operated business with over 20 years’ experience in the building, fit-out and refurbishment sector in Australia. Since 2018, they have primarily focused on Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and bringing it to communities that need it most. Today, they have over 50+ housing and infrastructure projects underway across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria in partnership with investors and local care providers to meet increasing participant demand. The range of dwelling options has been co-designed with the end-user and industry stakeholders to improve liveability and independence across all four (4) NDIS design categories.
